As we age the body goes through many biological changes that are out of our control. However there are changes people experience that have less to do with age and more to do with lack of physical stimulus. Strength, balance, and stability must be maintained. This is our main target and our training sessions are specifically targeted to restore your body to its full potential. You can choose to purchase a single sessions or package sessions.
I integrate a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as Suspension Training, Calisthenics, Weight training, High-intensity-interval-training, Functional Training (unique to each person’s needs, for example a basketball player has very different needs than a marathon runner), and Cardio to keep things interesting and fun!
Personal Training is offered in both 30 and 60 minute sessions.
You can choose to purchase a single sessions or package sessions (no membership fee). While I recommend you to commit to at least 2 sessions a week, I’m realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule, therefore I also offer short and effective training programs to do at your own convenient time in the comfort of your house.
Partner sessions offer all the benefits of a private session x 2! Come with a family member, a friend, or a co-worker and you will both receive the personal guidance to meet your unique goals, while also sharing time together. You can choose to purchase a single sessions or package sessions.
Join an existing group or make your own group! Group workouts will increase your effectiveness by providing accountability, and you’ll find yourself pushing harder in an energy-filled atmosphere. My number one goal is to MAKE FITNESS FUN! We want to inspire kids to lead healthy and active lives! This training session will develop children’s hand-eye coordination, balance, movement, cardiovascular-respiratory endurance, flexibility, strength & agility. This will result in overall body conditioning and increasing their physical fitness levels. The way that we train is generally without using equipment or apparatus, thus in all essence body-weight training. They are intended to increase body strength, body fitness and flexibility through movements such as pulling or pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging.
