How do I train?I incorporate the best moves of various fitness techniques including Pilates, suspension training, calisthenics, weight training, high-intensity interval training, functional training, Tabata and cardio. Incorporating different techniques of training helps me tailor a session to the client's needs and goals, whether that be weight loss, muscle development, performance, endurance, strengthening or rehabilitation.
My goal is to give people the tools to take on a healthy lifestyle because being fit is not a seasonal thing - it's a lifetime commitment! With the right tools, having a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean being stuck with dull routines or eating boring foods. It's all about making the right choices. I've been into fitness for 17 years now. It started as an interest in bodybuilding in my early 20's then grew into a passion and then a way of life. For the last 5 years I have embraced it as my career. I just love the feeling of helping others achieve their goals and being part of the process.
